COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Texas Instruments PM550-C-112 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schrader-Bellows products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schrader-Bellows such as the PS103T2DD1AD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V201K4CJ manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RD115015 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand PSI6100100L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mro such as VE700G equipment made by Mro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RP522A1004 made by Honeywell as well as the popular XVME655 original spares produced by Xycom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RASP2HE3432301K1C3A by Moeller and VE700G spares by Mro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCP631 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
